How your sanitation request works

Plan the essentials first

Chicago Site Sanitation is a single planning and service-request brand. Use the sanitation plan builder to organize a jobsite or event request. You can copy or print the brief without entering contact details.

For a construction site, the tool shows the specified OSHA discussion baseline. For an event, it organizes the details a provider needs and leaves unit count for confirmation.

Choose what you want to share

The request form separates contact and project information from optional provider-sharing permission. A request without that permission can be reviewed by the owner, but cannot be routed to an independent provider.

Your submitted request is saved for review in the owner’s private Console. The owner receives a notification without your contact or project details. Provider sharing remains optional; there is no automatic booking or dispatch.

Chicago Site Sanitation helps customers plan and request portable sanitation service. With your permission, your request may be shared with an independent service provider that can evaluate availability and the job details. A request is not a confirmed booking, price, delivery time, or compliance determination.

Let the provider confirm the job

Before service can be arranged, an independent operating provider must confirm equipment, availability, site suitability, delivery and pickup, servicing, price and agreement terms. No quote, booking or compliance decision is made by this website.

Compare portable-toilet questions, check trailer setup needs or prepare handwashing details.

Read the privacy notice and terms of use before entering a request.
